Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Our service is completely independent and whole of market. There is no charge for our initial meetings. If you ask us to arrange your mortgage we will charge a £99 administration fee, payable upon application. We will also receive commission from the lender.

If you do not want us to be paid by commission you can choose to pay us a fee, usually 0.4% of the loan (so £400 if you borrowed £100,000) and we will pass on the lender's commission to you.
